Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- The return request is made within  days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for the return.
Carefully package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
